Italian Giant Heirloom Parsley - Organic

Certified Organic. 75 days to maturity. 

Classic large, aromatic leaves with robust flavor. Vigorous growth and easy to harvest. Cold-hardy, tolerating temps as low as 20°F once established. Can even survive Midwestern winters, although will bolt in the spring after exposure to winter cold.

Start seeds indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Harden off transplants before moving outdoors 2-4 weeks before the last frost. Can also be direct seeded. Parsley thrives in full sun and moist, well-drained soil. Harvest outer leaves regularly to encourage growth, and protect with mulch for an extended season.

Lot # CO-OG-1183-2023-24: Grown by Circadian Organics in Ferryville, WI from 2023-24. Certified Organic. Tested at 80% germination in February 2025.

We ship anywhere in the lower 48 states of the US via USPS.

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of delivering the wrong item or recalling specific seed lots due to contamination. For wholesale customers who purchase our pre-filled bundles, we will provide a credit for the following season’s order for any packets returned by October 1st.
