Days to Maturity

Certified Organic. 50 days leaf; 110 days seed.

Santo is a go-to, workhorse cilantro variety known for its slow-bolting habit, making it a favorite for extended leaf harvests. A versatile herb, 'Santo' is grown for its fresh, flavorful leaves and also produces coriander seeds - and attracts a plethora of pollinators - if left to flower. Best grown in cooler weather, but this variety performs well in the Midwest all season long.

Begin sowing in early spring and sow every 3 weeks for continuous harvests. Keep well watered while harvesting leaves. If allowed to bolt will produce edible flowers and eventually coriander. Thin to 4-6" in row if producing coriander.
